Ned Cyr is the Director, Office of Science and Technology for NOAA’s National Marine Fisheries Service. His interests include the effects of climate change on marine ecosystems, fisheries oceanography, ecosystem approaches to fisheries management, the design and implementation of large-scale marine ecological observing systems, and international ocean science. Dr. Cyr Chairs the U.S. Interagency Working Group on Ocean Acidification.
